GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
The 500A Flanged Anchoring Sleeve provides a robust and reliable solution for pipeline installations where a stable, securely anchored straight connection is required. Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, it combines excellent mechanical performance, durability and structural stability, making it particularly suitable for demanding water infrastructure applications.
The anchoring sleeve is designed to provide a fixed and stable pipeline section between two flanged connections, helping maintain correct pipe alignment and providing additional mechanical support in installations where longitudinal stability is important. Its elongated body makes it particularly suitable for connecting pipeline sections through structures, chambers or other locations where a secure and well-supported flanged passage is required.
 
A distinctive feature of the Flanged Anchoring Sleeve is the series of integrated anchoring ribs positioned along the body. These external ribs increase the mechanical anchoring capability of the fitting and provide additional stability once the sleeve is incorporated into the installation. This design helps create a strong and secure connection, limiting unwanted movement and contributing to the overall integrity of the pipeline system.

Available in a range from DN40 up to DN600, the fitting is designed according to EN 545, with flange end connections according to EN 1092-2 PN10/PN16. A 250-micron epoxy coating provides reliable corrosion protection and supports long-term service life, while WRAS certification makes the product suitable for drinking water applications.
 
Designed for working pressures up to PN16 / 16 bar, with pressure ratings of 1.0 MPa and 1.6 MPa and an operating temperature range from -10°C to +90°C, the 500A Flanged Anchoring Sleeve is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including drinking water networks, bulk water storage, process water systems, pump stations, sewage water networks and irrigation projects.
